My desired article (hardness value/test method) is not shown in the web shop?

Answer: Please send us a message using the contact form. We will contact you shortly and work with you to find a solution.

What do I do when my delivery is damaged?

Answer: Please use our contact form to describe the damage to the goods and the outer packaging. Please also state here whether the packaging showed any visible damage on delivery and describe this if necessary. Please also provide photos to substantiate your details. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

The wrong article was delivered to me, what to do?

Answer: Please send us a message using the contact form and let us know which item was delivered incorrectly. We will endeavor to replace it as quickly as possible.

Why doesn't the delivered hardness value correspond exactly to my request?

Answer: The nominal hardness values may vary depending on the process and hardness batch. Vickers: +/-25 HV, Brinell: +/-25 HBW, Rockwell: +/-2.5 HRC. If the nominal value of the delivered test block deviates further, we have obtained approval for this in advance from the person responsible at your company.

Which payment methods are available?

Answer: All common payment procedures, such as credit card, PayPal, prepayment or invoice, are available.

How long does a delivery take?

Answer: You can see the delivery time for each item. After placing your order, you will be informed of the delivery time in the order confirmation.

How much are the shipping costs?

Answer: Shipping within Germany: 0 - 1kg: 8 €; 1 - 3kg: € 10.00; 3 - 10kg: € 13.00; 10 - 20kg: € 17.00; Over 20kg: € 22.00. Shipping abroad deviates. The shipping costs are shown during the order process.

How is my goods delivered?

Answer: Within Germany we usually ship with DPD. Abroad can deviate.

Can a grid be engraved on hardness test block afterwards?

Answer: Unfortunately, engraving a grid on a hardness test block is no longer possible. Please pick the grid option when ordering your product.

What advantages do I have as a registered customer in the online shop?

Answer: You have a daily updated availability display of all hardness test blocks. Individual discounts and promotions can be provided.

Which articles are discountable?

Answer: All items except the shipping costs are discountable.
